Where is your matcha from? Which one should I choose?
Our matcha is sourced from Guizhou, China. Choose Daily for everyday drinks and baking, Barista for café lattes and signature drinks, and Signature for straight drinking or premium menus.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Dispatch and delivery estimates are shown before checkout and depend on stock availability and your destination. Preorders have a separate estimated dispatch date.
How should I store matcha?
Keep the pouch tightly sealed in a cool, dry place, away from heat, light, moisture, and strong odors. Follow the storage instructions and best-by date on your package. Use a clean, dry scoop and reseal promptly after opening.
